The Pearl Hotel is located in Dragalevtzi residential area, at the foot of the mountain and close to Sofia. It was built in 2000. It has 17 rooms: 8 single rooms, 5 double rooms, 1 luxury double room, 2 luxury studios and a VIP Suite. 

Cosy rooms, panorama lift; restaurant on the third floor and a large terrace with magnificent view of Vitosha mountain, suitable for cocktail parties and training sessions, restaurant with Serbian Bulgarian cuisine, which is part of Proya restaurant chain, proven for its quality during many years of functioning, lobby bar with ten seats, kid’s playground. In April 2016 the building was completely renovated and the interior – redesigned. Warmth, comfort and elegance is what is most important to us. We have tried to depart from the usual cold appearance of the hotels and hotel rooms so that we can offer you a decoration and atmosphere in which you can feel at home, but without all the daily chores.
